The process begins when plastic granules, pellets or powder are fed into a heated extrusion machine. Inside the machine, the plastic material is heated while a rotating screw pushes it forward. The combination of heat and friction from the screw melts the plastic and blends it thoroughly into a uniform, molten mass.<\/p>\n<p>Once the material reaches the correct melt temperature, it is forced through a precision-engineered die that gives the profile its desired shape. The extruded plastic is then rapidly cooled, typically with air or water, so that the material solidifies and retains its form.<\/p>\n<p>This process offers excellent control over material properties, allowing consistent quality and high production volumes.
