Materials
The right material choice allows a product to be optimally matched to the desired performance requirements. This includes longer service life, improved thermal performance, dimensional stability and high resistance to temperature variations and UV radiation. Plastics also offer excellent resistance to a wide range of weather conditions, as well as to acids, alkalis, solvents and oils.
Product properties can be further optimised by combining different material types. There is a wide choice of colours and additives, so the material can be fully aligned with your specifications. Flexibility, durability and recyclability are always central considerations.
Materials and their properties are continuously developed. To ensure the right material choice for every product, our team of specialists closely follows developments in the plastics market. This allows us to advise you on the best possible solution for your product.

In-House Compounding
We have our own in-house compounding facility. This means we can formulate and precisely adjust materials and additives to meet the desired specifications. This offers significant advantages, including greater flexibility in material development, consistent quality, shorter lead times and the ability to realise customised extrusion solutions that are closely aligned with your product and production process.
Compounds & Additives
Our raw materials can be adapted with additives to meet specific customer requirements.
The following additives can be applied for specific properties:
-
- Chalk (filler)
- Titanium UV improver
- Impact modifier
- Pigments (colour development)
- Plasticiser (soft PVC)
- Process additives such as stabilisers and lubricants
Colour Additives
Our laboratory enables an extensive range of colours. We can supply extruded plastic profiles in all RAL and Pantone colours. Customer-specific colours are also possible, as are profiles with a metallic effect. Enitor Primo can extrude across different gloss levels, from extra matt through to high gloss.
