Enitor Primo develops and produces custom plastic extrusion profiles for a wide range of markets. We manage the complete process from design through to production and delivery, realising technical solutions that are optimally aligned with customer requirements.

Plastic extrusion is a continuous manufacturing process in which molten plastic is pressed through a die to create a profile with a fixed cross-section. The profile is then cooled and calibrated to the correct dimensions and quality.

At Enitor Primo, virtually all types of custom extruded plastic profiles are possible. Thanks to the flexibility of the extrusion process, profiles can be developed in almost any shape, dimension and material combination.

Materials can also be adapted with additives, colours or combinations to achieve specific performance targets.

Yes. Through techniques such as co-extrusion, tri-extrusion or quad-extrusion, multiple materials can be combined in a single profile, for example a rigid core with a soft sealing layer. This makes it possible to integrate multiple functions into one product.

Material selection takes place in collaboration with our specialists and is determined by:

- Environmental factors such as UV exposure, moisture or chemicals

Quality is continuously monitored through quality inspections registered in our ERP system. This gives us real-time insight into quality performance, deviations are identified rapidly and immediate corrective action can be taken. This ensures full traceability and makes it straightforward to share inspection reports with customers.
