In ons laboratorium ontwikkelen wij kunststofrecepturen die volledig zijn afgestemd op de toepassing en eisen van de klant. Hierbij combineren we materiaalkennis met praktische testresultaten om tot de juiste samenstelling te komen.

Door zelf compounds te ontwikkelen en deze in onze eigen mengerij te produceren, houden wij volledige controle over kwaliteit en consistentie. Dit maakt ons flexibel en stelt ons in staat snel in te spelen op specifieke klantwensen.

Testing, Validation, and Sustainability

Using advanced equipment, we carry out extensive testing of material and product properties, including strength, flexibility, and resistance to external influences. Based on these results, we optimise the material for maximum performance.

Sustainability also plays an important role in our operations. By reusing internal production waste in new Compounds & Additives, we contribute to a circular production process. We also offer extensive colour options, including accurate matching of all RAL and Pantone colours using Colour Additives.
